Massage Heights Canada - Our Founders
Massage Heights Canada was founded by Peter Thomas, Ken Carter and David Bamber.

Ken R. Carter — Principal & Chairman
Mr. Carter owns and operates 105 Jenny Craig centres in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, employing approximately 850 staff. His Jenny Craig centres have long been recognized as the top performers in the chain and have won numerous awards for excellence. Prior to his entrepreneurial success Mr. Carter, spent several years in corporate banking with one of Canada's 'Big 5' chartered banks and honed his people skills as a Dale Carnegie instructor. In addition to other significant investments and business interests, Mr. Carter is an 18 year member of Entrepreneurs Organization, and actively supports several non-profit organizations which promote freedom and free enterprise. His franchise knowledge and expertise will be invaluable to Massage Heights.

Peter H. Thomas — Principal
Mr. Thomas was the Founder and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., which developed into the largest real estate network in the country. At the time he sold the company in 1987, it had achieved $9 billion in annual sales through 450 franchises with over 8,000 sales representatives. In 1984, Thomas founded Samoth Capital Corporation, a North American real estate investment and management services company (now known as Sterling Centrecorp Inc.), for which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2001. Thomas has led numerous other significant ventures, including Mystic Tan Canada, and the year 2000 development of the Four Seasons Resort and Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, facilitated through his US Real Estate Company, Thomas Pride International.

David C. Bamber — Principal
Mr. Bamber has 30 years of entrepreneurship and business experience. Mr. Bamber founded a number of companies including Century 21 Bamber Realty Ltd in 1984 which currently employs 150 real estate agents and is going strong after 25 years. Real Estate Strategies Group was founded by Mr. Bamber and Alan Penner in 2001. RESG has developed upwards of 1500 multi-family units and currently has a 322 unit project ready for development in SW Edmonton and other projects and properties in various planning stages. Mr. Bamber serves on the board of Blackwater Capital Corporation and was a long term member of T.E.C. Canada and founding member of E.O.-Entrepreneur Organization Calgary Chapter
